立地、お部屋、ホストのホスピタリティ、全てが素晴らしい。
訪問前からの問い合わせに迅速丁寧にご回答いただき、安心して利用できました。
設備アメニティも全てが揃っており、長期滞在だったのでとても助かりました。
大きなアイランドキッチンで料理もでき、我が家のように過ごせました。
近隣にはスーパーマーケットやコンビニエンスストア、レストランやカフェも多く、大変便利でした。
私たちが一番気に入ったのが屋上で、ハンモックに揺られ、夜のコーヒータイムを楽しむ時間が最高でした。
マイナスなところが一つもない。また利用したいです。ありがとうございました！

Everything is perfect. The landlord is a very nice man who is eager to help. Just keep in mind that if you bring electrical appliances from a country with a different voltage, they won't work in Japan without a voltage transformer.

We have stayed here several times for family gatherings, and we always have a great time.
The living and dining area is spacious and comfortable, and the three separate bedrooms are perfect for families. Everyone can relax and enjoy time together.
Despite being in central Tokyo, the neighborhood has a peaceful atmosphere, with quiet streets that are pleasant to walk, even with small children.
The house guide is very detailed and available in multiple languages. The host is always kind and helpful, so I think guests from any country can stay here comfortably.
I'm a big fan of this house. I hope many travelers will find this place and enjoy their stay.

北品川駅まで２分程度、品川駅も歩いても行ける距離なのですぐに街に出かけられます。
コンビニやスーパーもすぐそばにあり、広々としたリビングダイニングで友人と楽しく過ごせました。
事前に案内されていた通り、軽く電車の音が聞こえましたが気になるようなものではありませんでした。駅の近くで工事が行われている様子は伺えましたが私たちが宿で過ごしている時間は静かでした。寝室の雰囲気が素敵で寝心地も良く、ぐっすり眠れました。とてもおすすめです！
