The house was quite clean, but because it was small and the windows could not be opened effectively, it tended to get dusty.
The location is convenient, within walking distance of the metro and very close to bus stops.
There is a staircase leading down from the entrance, and inside the house the kitchen, bathroom, and bedrooms are located on different levels. This made moving around with luggage a bit difficult.
The only bathroom is located on the entrance level, which was somewhat inconvenient, especially since the living spaces are spread across multiple floors.
