The apartment itself is very nice: clean, modern, and the location is convenient. Having a dedicated parking space right next to the apartment is also a big plus.
Unfortunately, our overall impression was negatively affected by additional conditions that only became clear after booking. For example, we were informed that guests are expected to carry out quite extensive cleaning before departure, including deep cleaning the kitchen and bathroom, vacuuming, and mopping all floors. These requirements were not stated in the original listing or house rules when we booked.
The apartment was also less well equipped than we expected. There was no hairdryer, only one roll of toilet paper and one plastic garbage bag provided. We were also informed after booking that extra towels and bed linen were available only for an additional fee.
It also felt a bit unusual for this type of accommodation that guests have to make their own beds with the provided linen upon arrival.
None of these issues would necessarily have been a major problem if they had been clearly communicated before booking. The apartment itself is nice, clean and modern, but the limited amenities and the late communication of these additional conditions unfortunately left a less positive overall impression.
