All was good and as advertised. Excellent location. Main facilities within walking distance, such as shops, pharmacy, supermarket, pubs etc. The apartment is new, well presented, fully equipped, and secure (locked front door, CCTV, and concierge). We had a very comfortable stay. Everything we needed was provided. We didn't rent a car in the end as Uber was excellent in Asuncion, but secure parking is available if needed. There is a well maintained communal roof terrace with a pool and BBQ facilities. The apartment faces the back, so there is no noise from the street. Check-in and check out process was straightforward. The owner was responsive to queries. Really enjoyed our stay and would return. Definitely recommend.
There is nothing to complain about. One suggestion - a clothes airer would be helpful, especially for longer stays.
