The property was incredibly spacious and plenty of single beds. Generally clean and location was a very nice Private cul-de-sac. I liked all the extra light on the balcony and the fact that you even had access to a clean small garden.
The property being auditors needs a refer. Kitchen is cabinets are falling apart. They could easily replace the doors if not the whole cabinets to give it a much better look. The staircase was incredibly dirty. It needs a thorough wash or a new carpet some painting around the skirting going up the stairs as well needs a place for hanging coats possibly some coat hangers.
The sofas were clearly picked up from some secondhand shop so they didn’t feel comfortable to sit on and they look really old and haggard
