Excellent location: very close to the city centre and all the main activity, while the building itself is quiet. The apartment is spacious and clean. A big plus is that each bedroom has its own bathroom with a shower, plus there is an additional separate toilet. We also appreciated the good communication with the host, who explained all the important details in advance.
Considering the price, we would have appreciated basic toiletries such as shampoo and conditioner, as well as disposable slippers. It would also be convenient to have a few electrical adapters available in the apartment. In addition, several slats were missing from the bed frame in one of the bedrooms, causing the mattress to sink on one side and making it less comfortable.

Bien situé, pas loin du centre ville. Accessible même à pieds (environ 15 minutes).
Spacieux, double vitrage bon isolement des bruits extérieurs.
Les gestionnaires envoient trop de messages malheureusement.
Chaque jour une nouvelle information (même avant votre date d’arrivée). J’ai trouvé ça non professionnel que ce soit pendant notre séjour on trouve quelqu’un de passage pour les travaux soit disant d’Etat. Et en plus qui ne respecte pas les horaires annoncés. Si vous y séjournez prévoyez un calendrier adaptable.
Ils ont bloqué les températures sur 25 degrés en pleine canicule et gardé les télécommandes. Le salon étant assez grand, même à 25 degré il faisait chaud.
Certes c’est pas un hôtel, mais le gel douche ? Quand même essentiel pour 3 chambres.
Prise des clefs à 16h même si vous marquez sur Booking une heure plutôt, pas avantageux pour ceux qui voyage tôt. Et dites vous qu’à 10h00 le personnel du ménage est déjà devant la porte.
Juste à être transparent et avoir une gestion plus professionnelle. Prévenir de tout en amont pour éviter de mauvaise surprises aux voyageurs
