Cleanliness and quality of bed and bathroom.
I ordered a wan tan soup. I have to wait and i was asked to come back later. Later, once the wan tan is ready, the shout very loudly to ask for collection. At the same time, there are few staffs who are free and do nothing standing there. I have to stop enjoy my food and go to collect the wan tan soup.
