Expérience extrêmement décevante – aucun remboursement de l’hôtel

On a bien aimé la kitchenette.

Nous avions réservé un séjour d’environ 600 € pour une semaine dans cet établissement. Malheureusement, dès notre arrivée, l’état de la chambre nous a poussés à écourter notre séjour et à changer d’hôtel. La chambre présentait de nombreux problèmes : humidité, mauvaise odeur persistante, manque évident de propreté (miroir, rideaux et canapé sales), ainsi que plusieurs équipements défectueux. La climatisation s’arrêtait automatiquement après environ 15 minutes, alors qu’il faisait 29°C dans la chambre, ce qui rendait très difficile d’y dormir. Une lampe du salon ne fonctionnait pas et les rideaux automatiques étaient également défectueux : l’un pouvait s’ouvrir mais ne se refermait plus. Nous avons signalé immédiatement tous ces problèmes et disposons de photos et vidéos à l’appui. Malgré cela, nous n’avons trouvé aucun accord avec l’hôtel, qui refuse de nous rembourser le séjour. Nous avons donc décidé de partir et de réserver un autre hébergement. Au final, alors que nous n’avons passé qu’une seule nuit dans cet établissement, nous devons tout de même payer pratiquement l’intégralité du séjour d’environ 600 €. Le seul geste que nous avons reçu est une compensation de 80 € accordée par Booking.com, et non par l’hôtel. L’établissement, de son côté, n’a proposé aucune solution financière satisfaisante malgré l’état de la chambre. Nous trouvons cela vraiment inadmissible. Payer près de 600 € pour finalement ne passer qu’une nuit dans une chambre humide, mal entretenue, avec une mauvaise odeur et plusieurs équipements qui ne fonctionnent pas, puis devoir payer un autre hôtel pour le reste des vacances, est extrêmement décevant. Nous ne recommandons malheureusement pas cet établissement, autant pour l’état de la chambre que pour la manière dont notre réclamation a été gérée.

De woonst was in orde.

We kregen de vraag om 200 euro voorschot te betalen voor de afhouding van elektriciteit en water wat ik enigszins kan begrijpen maar dat er eveneens 40 euro voor de schoonmaak wordt aangerekend, wat nergens vermeld wordt, daar ben ik niet over te spreken. De code van het kluisje kregen we een uurtje op voorhand toegestuurd. Dit is ook niet echt geruststellend.
