Lokalizacja, klimatyzacja, wielkość obiektu, wyposażenie, cisza i spokój.
Brak dużego kosza na śmieci, łóżko mogłoby być większe.

Amplio y cerca de supermercados. La propietaria muy maja y sencilla y rápida la comunicación con ella.
Unas toallas extra para 4 días no hubiese estado de más.
Que el check in sea tan tarde te hace perder un poco el día.

Die Lage war gut, die Ausstattung für den Preis ausreichend. Die Sauberkeit in der Wohnung war gut.
a) der Außenbereich war sehr dreckig, der Aschenbecher war voller Zigaretten.
b) die Vermieterin hat uns eine Stunde vor dem Apartment stehen lassen weil ihr Handy ausgegangen ist? Komische Ausrede, wenn man weiß, dass man Jemanden erwartet. Nachrichten wurden ignoriert, erst als ich sie angerufen habe, bekam ich direkt als Antwort eine Nachricht, dass ihr Handy aus war. So geht man nicht mit seinen Kunden um.
c) wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung war recht dunkel.
