We had the family suite, nothing to complain about, everything was perfect, we had a lovely weekend

The accommodation was easy to locate and in a lovely quiet neighbourhood. The room itself was well decorated and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. The bed was super comfortable and was able to watch the sport on the tv. Lovely and quiet and private. Felt very safe and nice and close to the Waterfront.
A glass partition for the shower would have been amazing as water went everywhere after our shower and made the entire floor slippery and wet. A couch or more comfortable seating in the room would have been nice, especially when watching tv or having friends over to visit.

The location was good as it was near to restaurants and shops.
The initial service and admin process left a lot to be desired.
