Great location but apartment needs a little work

Location.

Advertises as having air conditioning, and the apartment did not have air conditioning. Small things like sugar for coffee would be nice, and an extra towel or two.

Very damp and moldy, really bad

First of all, the apartment is on the ground floor, and its ventilation is terrible. It’s impossible to breathe because of the smell of mold and dampness. Anyone who cares about their health should definitely avoid this place. The location is good, but that can be misleading — be careful about this apartment. Also, the check-in time is 7:00 PM, which is quite late, and we had to pay extra for luggage storage somewhere else. The key is handed over in person, which is another downside because you can’t arrive whenever you like; you have to stay in touch with the host. The mold smell is awful. We definitely do not recommend it and we absolutely wouldn’t come back.

Good location and staff are good but facility…

The location is good and facility is normal. Also, the hotel staff was accepted to change the check in time, thank you very much.

I was worried about the humidity in room. But the key was not open easily.

Cute, comfortable place in Marais.

Accomodation was as expected, had great facilities, comfortable bed, in a perfect location central to all attractions. Worked really well it was safe, secure, warm, & we were able to access the room at a time that was more suitable for us after a very long flight. Owner was very accomodating.

Das Appartement liegt im Herzen des Marais und ist trotzdem extrem ruhig im Innenhof. Mit den Trämen an der Decke und der Steinwand ist es sehr französisch. Bäcker, Lokale und Metro sind gleich um die Ecke.
