Mooi en eigentijds design en een uitstekende locatie in Miraflores. Onze kamer was ruim en comfortabel. Ook het zwembad en de fitnessruimte zijn pluspunten. Het personeel was over het algemeen vriendelijk en behulpzaam.
Het hotel is gehorig. We hadden last van zowel straatgeluid als geluid uit aangrenzende kamers en hebben met oordoppen geslapen. In de kamer waren daarnaast enkele kleine onvolkomenheden en in de badkamer hing soms een onaangename, enigszins rioolachtige geur. In het weekend leek bovendien veel aandacht uit te gaan naar externe bezoekers van het dakterras. Als hotelgast was het op een gegeven moment zelfs lastig om daar toegelaten te worden.

Nice location
The keys weren’t working to go up the elevators so we tried going up the stairs which also needed the keys. Isn’t that a fire hazard?
The buffet was also not as great as they’ve advertised it & the pool was closed off due to an influencer event. Could have at least given us a discount for not being able to swim at a pool we paid for. On booking.com it also told me I could get a free upgrade which is why I booked this, but definitely not true as they tried to charge me more when I got there.
