Akira, the host, is very kind and friendly. As someone who cannot speak Japanese, I greatly appreciated his excellent English, which made communication easy and enjoyable throughout my stay.
The lodge is located in the middle of a beautiful forest, where you can enjoy fresh air and the peaceful sound of a nearby running water. The natural surroundings created a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere during my vacation. The lodge is also conveniently located near the beautiful Hakuba Happo Pond and many other popular tourist attractions in Hakuba.
I truly loved the atmosphere of the lodge. If you are driving, it is very convenient to reach the surrounding attractions and nearby supermarkets. The facilities and amenities inside the lodge are new, clean, comfortable, and cozy. There is also a spacious dining and living area for guests to use, with snacks and drinks provided.
The onsen was excellent and very comfortable, making it a wonderful way to relax after exploring the area. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return. It is absolutely worth the money.

清潔感があり，お部屋にトイレもあり、広さも十分で落ち着けるインテリアでした。また貸切風呂も良心的な価格でとても気持ち良いお風呂でした。置いてあるシャンプートリートメントも一般的なホテルなどにあるものよりも良いものでした。白馬でホテル以外の所に泊まるのは初めてで、子供連れだったのもあり、大丈夫か不安でしたが、プライベートの確保もでき、スタッフの方々の感じもとてもよく、安心して滞在できました。
強いて言えば、朝食付きだったりするとありがたかったと思います。あと、貸切風呂の隣の部屋だったのでボイラーの音が少し気になりましたが、お風呂は夜10時までなので、睡眠の妨げとかにはなりませんでした。
