I believe the the shower door can be better,too much water gets out that can cause a slip & fall

Super modern, clean, comfy and overall aesthetic was 10/10. The restaurant/bar on the rooftop was pretty good… food and vybz were impressive and the staff are attentive and warm. The breakfast bar at the entrance is a little cute spot to grab something whilst you wait on your taxi.

Location was okay… a little ways from the airport but there’s an ATM right around the corner which is very convenient. Breakfast needs some improvement. I’d say a little pricey but I did enjoy my stay.

The room was spacious, well designed, and comfortable. The pillows were actually firm enough and comfortable. The place was clean and sleek looking.

No microwave in the room. I recognize not every hotel has one, but there should be a communal microwave downstairs. If you need a microwave, you have to interrupt the staff to go warm it up for you. Bathroom: - the zero entry shower design was not properly installed and water kept spilling out onto the bathroom floor. I had to place a towel to sop up the water every time I used the shower. - the lighting is too dim. It was too dim to properly apply make up and using the mirror in front of the closet was not much help either. Kitchen & Dining - I think this is the biggest failure of the hotel. - Breakfast was inconsistent in quality. one day would have a nice variety of hot and cold options (curry dishes, eggs, sausage, etc) then other days it would be lesser quality (eggs, fruit, oatmeal, and pastries, but limited hot food selection). The quality dropped significantly after my first couple of days there. - The wait staff is incredibly slow and needs to be more efficient. You have to wave to get someone's attention when you sit down, when you're ready to order, and when ready to leave; otherwise, no one will come to check on you. - Food takes forever coming out of the kitchen. I had a very poor experience one night. I went to the restaurant at 8pm, ordered a meal and waited over an hour. When I inquired about what was going on, they said they didn't have the kind of chicken I ordered, yet no one came out to provide that update. When I finally did receive a plate of food, 1 hr and 15 minutes later, it was cold! The plate had been sitting out and the food was cold. The meal was not good, food was cold, and service was poor.
