Schöne Lage, aber absolute Service-Katastrophe – Finger weg!

Lediglich die Lage ist gut.

Wir haben mit deutlichem Aufpreis ein Apartment mit privatem Jacuzzi gebucht. Die Realität: Das Jacuzzi war laut Techniker schon länger defekt und unbrauchbar. Die Klimaanlage? Ohne Funktion. Hinzu kamen gravierende Mängel: Eine offene, defekte Steckdose im Bad (Sicherheitsrisiko!), keine Badlüftung, eine von innen verrostete Spülmaschine, ein loser Wasserhahn und verdreckte Gartenmöbel. Der absolute Tiefpunkt ist jedoch der Kundenservice von „Sun & Snow“. Nachrichten wurden tagelang ignoriert. Als dann eine Antwort kam, weigerte man sich konsequent, für die massiven Fehler einzustehen und eine finanzielle Rückerstattung zu veranlassen. Man wollte uns stattdessen mit einem stark eingeschränkten Gutschein abspeisen (nicht gültig am Wochenende oder in der Saison). Dass dieses Apartment online bis heute weiterhin munter mit einem "funktionierenden Jacuzzi" beworben wird, ist eine bewusste Irreführung zukünftiger Gäste. Fazit: Mangelhafte Instandhaltung und ein Management, das Probleme komplett aussitzt und jede Verantwortung von sich weist. Nie wieder Sun & Snow!

W „szafie” w sypialni nie da powiesić ubrań, bo ta się nie otwiera do końca! W kuchni szafka się nie otwiera, bo blokuje ją już nie pamiętam co chyba oświetlenie w suficie! Taras tez nieczyszczony, pełno pajęczyn przy wejściu na górę!
