Rooms were clean with quality toiletries.
Pillow cover is not clean.
In the restaurant, change the menu of Tomato rasam as tomato syrup. I think they add tomato ketchup for preparation of soup and is so sweet, which is supposed to be tangy.
Food is not good.

Hotel moderno e ben tenuto. Stanza ampia e pulita
Abbiamo avuto problemi per pagare in contanti in quanto ne alla reception ne al ristorante avevano il resto. Inoltre al ristorante dopo cena abbiamo ordinato 2 cocktails (Margarita), ma scopriamo che manca uno dei due ingredienti principali (triple sec). Dopo una breve discussione con il personale, i 2 cocktails sono stati giustamente ritirati.

This hotel was a hidden gem in the city! It’s quite far from the centre, though, so be prepared to pay a toll to get there. The room was huge and incredibly comfortable — we had a great rest. The restaurant food was excellent, and the staff were super attentive and helpful, even arranging a taxi for us back to the train station at checkout. The only downside was that the pool was under maintenance during our stay. Still, I definitely recommend it!

The stay was very good. The place is neat and clean. Well kept. Do arrange for cab services as Ola and Uber keeps cancelling. I am sure you will start buffet breakfast soon.The order to eat or ala carte food was good. Thank you.
The cab service needs to be arranged. A firmer bed and extra pillows would have been better as the bed was too soft for me.. but no complaints!!
