The location is excellent, right in the center of Tbilisi near the sulfur baths. The apartment has three separate rooms, which makes it a convenient option for a family or a larger group traveling together.
In terms of comfort and atmosphere, it’s a bit mixed. One of the rooms is very cozy and charming, while the other two are quite basic. There is a kitchen area where you can prepare food and a terrace, although I wouldn’t choose this place specifically for the terrace or the interior.
Overall, it’s a reasonable option if staying right in the center is your priority. If atmosphere and interior are more important, you can probably find more attractive options in Avlabari or Mtatsminda.
The bathroom is also worth mentioning. The shower is integrated into the bathroom without a separate shower cabin, similar to what you often find in parts of Asia. If you tend to splash a lot while showering, you may find this setup inconvenient.

Obiekt znajduje się blisko centrum miasta, fajne widoki na miasto, gdyż znajduje się na wzgórzu. Właściciele mieszkania bardzo mili i sympatyczni, łatwy kontakt. W razie potrzeby podeszli i pomogli. Było wszystko czego potrzebowałyśmy żeby przenocować. Urządzenia działały. Nie było problemu z zameldowaniem i wymeldowaniem.
Mieszkanie znajduje się na wzgórzu, gdzie trzeba iść mocno pod górę i do mieszkania też trzeba się dostać stromymi schodami. Żeby się dostać, trzeba przejechać przez szlaban, który odblokowywał właściciel. Łazienka nie posiadała kabiny prysznicowej, przez co cała łazienka była momentami zachlapana. Zaparkowanie samochodu było wyzwaniem.
