The staff behavior. The cleanliness and the comfort are exceeded our expectations.
The location. The sea was pretty far from the hotel, and the view was ruined by the neighboring old buildings and the construction site. The neighbors' dogs were barking all night during the three nights we were there.

Ein Hotel das von einer sehr netten Familie geführt wird. Der Inhaber steht immer zur Verfügung, falls man Informationen oder andere Hilfe braucht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Es liegt ruhig außerhalb vom Zentrum Batumi. Das Frühstück ist reichlich, es fehlt an nichts. Man kann zu Mittag oder am Abend Essen von der Karte im eigenen Restaurant bestellen. Leckere Cocktails trinken oder einfach am Pool liegen. Alle Mitarbeiter und Mitarbeiterinnen sind sehr freundlich. Es war wie ein Besuch bei Verwandten.
Im Zimmer hätte ich mir eine kleine Lampe am Bett
gewünscht.

chambre propre , lit confortable, petit dejeuner correct mais sans plus. personnel gentil
Odeurs extérieures : l’hôtel étant situé à proximité d’installations de stockage d’hydrocarbures, il arrivait, selon le vent, qu’une sympathique odeur de gasoil/essence s’invite sur la terrasse. Résultat : terrasse parfois déconseillée… sauf si vous aimez les ambiances « station-service » ! 😄
La fameuse vue mer de la chambre 303 : nous avons payé un supplément pour profiter d’une chambre avec vue sur la mer. Et effectivement… la mer est là ! Il faut simplement avoir un très bon sens de l’observation et regarder entre les immeubles.
😅 La photo parle d’elle-même : pour une « vue mer », on profite surtout de la vue sur les bâtiments voisins. Disons que la mer est plutôt en arrière-plan !
Bruit : notre chambre était juste en face de la laverie et à proximité des cuisines. Dès 8h00, le personnel semblait déjà particulièrement motivé : discussions, passages et activité dans le couloir… De quoi commencer la journée avec un réveil naturel et sans avoir besoin de programmer son téléphone ! 😄
Odeur d’égout dans la chambre 02 : malgré l’intervention du personnel, le problème persistait par moments. Dommage, car sans cela, l’expérience aurait été nettement plus agréable.
