Jeżeli się zastanawiacie nad tym miejscem, nie wybierajcie go. Przyjechaliśmy o godz 17 W mieszkaniu zastaliśmy straszny bród. Podłoga była nieodkurzona, nieumyta. Łazienka była słabo lub wcale nie posprzątana a meble były widocznie brudne. Wyglądało to jakby wymienili tylko pościel (zdjęcia poniżej) Po kontakcie z właścicielem, otrzymaliśmy informację że osoba sprzątająca może do nas przyjść dopiero na następny dzień. Nikt się jednak nie zjawił, a właściciel przestał odpisywać pomimo zadeklarowania oddania kosztów sprzątania. Do tej chwili brak kontaktu. Jesteśmy rozczarowane. Nie polecam

Na plus lokalizacja i samodzielne zameldowanie

Mieszkanie po prostu brudne i śmierdzące. Zaniedbane. Brak tv ( telewizor wisi -ale brak pilota, brak telewizji satelitarnej czy internetowej). Strasznie strome schody, człowiek boii się wejść na górę. Połamana rama łóżka. Zatkany odpływ w wannie. Zakamienione baterie. W mieszkaniu unosi sie nieprzyjemny zapach ( starość + stechlizna?) Mieszkanie po prostu zużyte...

Месторасположение и интерьер идеальны. Доброжелательный хозяин. Быстрое и бесконтактное заселение.

При заселении квартира была сдана не в идеальном состоянии. Грязная бытовая техника на кухне, пыль на полу. Кровать сломана, но спать это не мешает.
