Tucked to the side of an unwellcoming side street in a hidden, heavily decayed, house lays this large, very nicely furnished, three room appartment with a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom, accessible through the kitchen, and the additional toilet are very small, but nicely made. To enter you pass 3 coded doors and some automatic cameras. There is no personal contact to anyone, which makes one wonder if there are hidden cameras inside.
A tram is passing, from early morning till the night, surprisingly often through the street. It can well be heard in the two bedrooms facing the street as can be bypassers and cars. This especially is an issue during "rush hour" in the morning and the evening.
At the end of the street, approximately 30m away, is a rough, but guarded, parking lot. We payed 14,00€ for 24h. Before our flight in the early morning, we parked the car in the street, in the so called "blue parking zone" Until 20:00 you can park for max two hours for a little fee (we payed 1,00€/h) and after that for free, but we can not recommend it, as our rental car was damaged at night.

The flat is really cute and super well-located. The metro station is like 1 minute from the flat, and you from there you can get to central Sofia in 5 minutes. There are also a few minimarkets in a radius of 500 mt, a bakery and a few simple restaurants I very much enjoyed. The host was also super helpful and went the extra mile to help us.
The B&B is really lovely, and it truly feels like a nice space to stay. The only thing I would warn other guests is that the bedrooms are very close to a tram line (like 3 meters betwen the tram rails and the windows). The tram starts at around 5am (or 6? definitely early) and runs like every 10 minutes until 11pm. I didn't mind but if you are a light sleeper you may find the tram noise and vibration disturbing.

This lovely apartment from 1943 offers a luxurious stay in a good spot to explore Sofia. We enjoyed staying in an older apartment - great to see these buildings hanging on in a modern city! The apartment is spacious with a modern kitchen and comfortable furnishings. Number 20 tram runs round past the apartment, perfect for a trip into town landing at the Women's Market. Feels very secure, and lovely to enter though the yard.
The wet room is lovely, but does need a mop after every shower.

The apartment was very beautiful and very comfortable. It was spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The location was great. We had no problems at all. We would definitely stay here again if we come back!
