Excellent place! Run by real people who own the building and have lived there for many years. Great location in the beautiful historic center, comfortable spotless room, especially nice bathroom and shower. Ample breakfast offerings by a kind host. Highly recommended.

Ardea B&B si trova all'interno del centro storico di Tolentino, a pochi passi dal Teatro Vaccaj e dagli altri posti di interesse storico/architettonico.
I titolari Emma e Giorgio sono persone gentilissime e molto ospitali; preziosi i loro suggerimenti sui luoghi da visitare nei paraggi.
Stanze pulite, luminose e confortevoli, dotate di un grazioso balconcino coperto comunicante; bagni ampi e comodi.
Colazione eccellente e abbondante, con prodotti freschi di prima qualità, servita nell'ampia e caratteristica mansarda da cui si gode un magnifico panorama; molto apprezzata la costante fornitura di acqua.
Disponibilità di parcheggi, anche gratuiti, nelle immediate vicinanze della struttura.
Nessun difetto. Segnaliamo soltanto che, non essendo la struttura dotata di ascensore, ci potrebbe essere qualche difficoltà di trasporto al piano nel caso di valige estremamente pesanti (ma, sapendolo, è sufficiente alleggerire il bagaglio).
