The location near Baker street tube station was ideal for concerts at wembley stadium. The apartment was very clean throughout and plenty of towels etc. provided for our short stay. Wifi was good and the kitchen was perfect for a short stay with all amenities provided.
Perhaps the only thing that bugged me a little was the outside light next to the cleaning cupboard was left on all night. The window blinds were adequate to block this out however, the blind by the door did not block this light out and so sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room wasn't the best.

The location is excellent. Right by baker street. And it was clean with 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms. Excellent to have a washer dryer too.
1. It was an underground basement apartment, so it was quite dark. I didn’t see this mentioned anywhere before booking.
2. There is a crazy loud noise of people walking in the apartment above. Like, they are not even being loud, they are just walking, but it’s so loud.
3. There is no contact with the staff, it’s all automated. This was difficult for us because we landed at 7am and wanted early checkin but there was no response or communication on any messages sent, and no phone number was present in the booking. Eventually I found a number and the guy was blunt and rude.
