Vassilis and his father Konstantinos (who are truly wonderful people) made our stay in their house an amazing experience - not only the communication was smooth and very responsive, but we genuinely felt warmheartedly welcome and the human relationship with this family was just great. Many thanks again! Anything we needed (be it a set of extra towels, a parasol or a microwave) was organized immediately and with a smile.
The house is located in the center of Faliraki but at its quite(r) side making it a perfect place for those who wish to reach everything (beach, shops, restaurants) by foot without being bothered by loud music of the bars or discotheques.
The house has air conditioning in every room (3 sleeping rooms and the living/kitchen area) which is great and has two toilets allowing for a comfortable family stay.
Everything was clean and arranged with a personal touch (Konstantinos has made wonderful pieces of wooden furniture which can be found in the house).
The house has a nice outside area (with a small garden with pomegranate and tangerine trees and grapes) where you can sit and relax or have a lunch or dinner (unless you are allergic to cats who are everywhere on Rhodes). The outside area is closed by a fence which makes it very safe for families with little kids! The house has its private parking which is another great feature for Faliraki and an additional outside shower (with hot water!) which is great when returning from the beach.
The beach is within hand reach (5 minutes walking). There are restaurants and taverna's and two shops just next to the house, which is another reason why the house is very well located.
All windows are protected by mosquito nets allowing you to open it during the night if you wish to.
The house is not very big inside (if your little ones are very energetic, there won't be much space to run around :)) and the wardrobes could be a bit more practical (have more shelves) to arrange the clothing.
A dishwasher would be a nice to have.

Unreal stay! 10/10 location, literally 2 min walk to the main strip. Vasilis is proper legend on WhatsApp, top host. Fridge came stocked with cold beers and wine at arrival- best plot twist after a long flight! Garden sofas + night breeze on the terrace was pure bliss. Safe, secure, and zero stress. We’ll be back for round two for sure!
Literally nothing to complain about- everything was spot on from start to finish. Zero negatives! Our only regret was not staying another week!

Beautiful renovated villa. Spacious with modern appliances. Bedrooms were spotless and comfortable - 1 room with double, 2 rooms with single bed. Two toilets, indoor and outdoor shower (which was gorgeous). Great outdoor seating and dining in a gorgeous garden. Highly recommend. Supermarkets and restaurants within 100 m. Beach 5 min walk. Excellent hosts -especially the father:)

Renovated and fully equipped villa, a combination of modern with retro elements. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, coffee machine and everything you need. Each room has air conditioning. A bathroom and two toilets, which is a big advantage when staying with more people. An extremely beautiful terrace with two corners for dinner or just a glass of wine at sunset. The owners are young people who have enthusiastically and willingly created this place as an addition to your overall Rhodes experience, very attentive and helpful. There is a place to park a car in the yard, access is through a gate with a remote control. The location is unique - close to the center, to all shops, restaurants and beaches. At the same time, the noise of the night life is not heard. We strongly recommend choosing the villa for your vacation.
