Unsafe, unsupported, and unforgettable — for all the wrong reasons.

The decor was modern and the layout was clean. The photos of the interior matched the listing, and it could have been a peaceful place to stay under different circumstances.

I felt completely unsafe during my stay. Upon arrival I was shouted at and verbally abused by a neighbour while trying to access the lockbox. Once inside, I discovered there were no curtains, incomplete lighting, and an overgrown back garden. I messaged both the host and Booking.com immediately after check-in, but was left with no solution, no relocation, and no refund. I was alone and vulnerable. The host has since refused responsibility and accused me of dishonesty. This was one of the most distressing nights I’ve ever experienced.
