It's a great place, and definitely cosy as the name suggests! The facilities are excellent, the TV is great, the washing machine is super convenient, the kitchen is small but functional. The location is in a quiet area a short walk from old town. The host is really friendly and welcoming and supplied really useful instructions - check in and check out were very easy. I would happily come back here.
The shower could use a shower curtain as it can be tricky to keep the water inside, but the bathroom is tiled so it's not a big deal. The clock next to the bed ticks quite loudly so I hid it in a drawer while I was there which solved the problem!

Contactless entry.
It was in a quiet location with probably everything you might need to be comfortable. The bed was comfy and the water pressure was fine. AC worked fine. Flat clean.
There are nice restaurants and a quiet sandy beach within walking distance.
The spiral stairs feel a bit dangerous when carrying luggage. There are a lot of things (decorative items) everywhere and extra pieces of furniture that make the small space even more cluttered and tight. There wasn't anywhere to open my luggage. It was hard to move around. Would be uncomfortable for bigger people.
Walking to the flat through the city is 20-30 min. It doesn't seem far but with the heat, traffic and people, it's not the most pleasant walk.

Το studio ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο και η ιδιοκτήτρια πολύ άμεση και κατατοπιστική στις επικοινωνίες. Επίσης τα γατάκια της γειτονιάς αξιαγάπητα.
Τα σεντόνια ήταν συνθετικά και για αυτόν τον λόγο ήταν κάπως ζεστά και άβολα. Το βράδυ δεν είχε άφθονο ζεστό νερό, ωστόσο για μένα δεν ήταν πρόβλημα.
