The place is absolutely lovely and very conveniently located, just a short distance from the center of Mestia.
We did have a little difficulty finding it at first because of an issue with Booking.com. The address itself was correct, but the “Show directions” function sent us to a completely different location. In the end, though, this was a very minor inconvenience. The owners were available, helpful, and easy to reach, and we quickly managed to find the correct address and arrive without any further problems.
The view from the cottage is beautiful, and the place itself is warm, comfortable, clean, and very well organized. The owners checked in with us every day to make sure everything was fine, that we were comfortable, and that we had everything we needed, which we really appreciated.
The kitchen is fully equipped, there is private parking, and the property has everything necessary for a comfortable stay of several days.
One small thing to mention: the stairs leading to the bedroom are quite steep, so they may be challenging for anyone who is not comfortable with stairs. That said, this is very much a personal matter and did not affect our stay.
Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend this place to anyone visiting Mestia.

Lovely cottage, a walking distance from Mestia center. The house was clean and ready for us upon arrival. The kitchen is well equipped, there is a refrigerator and a washing machine.
Couple of small things that need fixing in the bathroom: there is no cold water in the bathroom sink and there is an issue with the toilet flushing.
