Excellent location and the bonus of the private beach. All the staff were very welcoming and friendly, each one went above and beyond the normal expected service, from reception to the restaurant staff, they all made our anniversary trip very special.
I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.

Good hotel in a great location with a private beach club that overlooks the public beach in Portofino. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was also very good. The building and facilities were older, but that seems to come with Portofino. There was an issue with the room safe that the staff fixed, although the television in the room continued to freeze and did not appear to be fixable. Overall we had a good experience and would recommend the hotel on the understanding that the price reflects that fact that everything is more expensive than normal in Portofino.

This hotel was absolutely made bc of the incredible service of the staff there. Niccolo and Andrea went above and beyond catering to our every need. They were incredible!
