I give this place a 10 because I have no complaints. None. It was clean, tidy, everything worked as it should, and it was great. I was born and raised in this neighborhood, and know it well. Lots of shops, cafe, coffee shops etc. Very easy to get around. I have no complaints whatsoever. We had a really nice two weeks here from the USA and would definitely choose it again.

Clean and comfortable room with everything we needed for a three night stay. Great location which give us a good base to explore Brighton.
