Excellent location. Good room. Good views. Good customer service. Definitely recommended to stay. Sweets provided in the kitchen are good too. Washing machines and dryers provided are clean too.

Very very central location in Takayama with big rooms!
We stayed here for one night only but were very happy that we did as it was a lovely central location right across form Takayama Jinjya (museum) and short walking distance to the Old Town.
Room was spacious and in nice condition and clean.
Stairs are a bit steep so if you struggle with that it might be worth to at least request a room on a low floor.
Only thing with the hotel was that as there's no staff on site (you will contact them through a tablet which does work fine though!), so we did not dare to try to send our luggage forward to the hotel, unfortunately which was a bit impractical. But apart from that one thing we have nothing to say against this hotel and would stay again! :)
