A former farmhouse just under 200 years old, completely renovated in 2024, located in the beautiful Braunau district (border region) of Salzburg/Upper Austria, just 5 minutes from Lake Mattsee, Lake Obertrumersee, and Lake Grabensee in the beautiful Lake District.

Just a 5-minute walk to the small, free public swimming area on the Mattig River (with changing rooms and restrooms)—whether you’re hiking, swimming, jogging, ski touring, or just relaxing and enjoying yourself—there’s something for everyone, no matter the season.
Comfortably accommodates 4 people; extra beds available upon request.
Self-catering cottage—please bring your own bed linens, bath towels, and hand towels!
