We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were professional, friendly, and incredibly communicative from start to finish. The unit was clean, comfortable, and priced very reasonably — overall, an excellent value. The location was very convenient for our needs and walking distance to Southwoods Mall. We felt well taken care of throughout our stay and would happily book again. Highly recommend!

I liked the placed, close to the mall and really walkable and safe wven at night. Brian is on top of everything! Will comeback for sure!

All in all staying at JFam is a pleasant experience and a good value. This is the second year visiting the facility. It is right next to Southwood Mall, which is very convenient for shopping and restaurants.
It also has a nice pool. However, nowhere on the Orbitz website does it say anything about an extra fee to use the pool? Use the daily cost to use the pool is 200 pesos and you have to buy the wristband using G cash. This in not a particularly a lot of money, but the fact that they charge this without indicating it on the Orbitz website is a problem. This occurred last year as well.
The air conditioner in the second bedroom is very loud and puts out little air. It was easier to keep the air conditioner off because it was too loud to sleep with.
