What a gem! Super spacious property in our favorite part of the island. Close to Baby Beach and the Rum Reef restaurant. Was great to get up at dawn and walk down to the beaches. Property was impeccably clean and well kept. The covered outdoor space was great for relaxing. The washing machine was a great amenity. Great internet connection. And Martha was a wonderful host, meeting us to go over everything, and super helpful with tips for places to see, etc. We will definitely return in the future and hope for an even longer stay!

We had a wonderful stay at Martha's place. The house is very spacious, clean and open with the large outdoor space where we enjoyed the warm breeze. Bedrooms are large each with it's own bathroom. Martha is fantastic host, she gave us lots of information about the island, recommendations for places to visit and local restaurants. Seroe Colorado in the south of the island was the best place for our Aruba vacation. It is very quiet, peaceful and safe. You can walk to 2 beaches from this house. Baby beach is very shallow, warm beach 8 minutes walk from the house. Rogers beach is deeper and great for swimming, very quiet beach only 5 minutes walk from the house. Boca Grandi beach is a short drive, very long beach great for kitesurfing, walking/jog or just relax and read the book. The beach chairs, beach towels and snorkeling masks were available with the property. The kitchen is very well equipped and had everything we needed. We highly recommend this place if you are considering a trip to Aruba. We will for sure come back.

Wow! One of the best places to stay on the island. The host is an absolute delight. She was very accommodating & helpful with any questions that we had about the adventures while staying in Aruba. This place is super open, clean, and welcoming. I highly recommend this place if you are considering a trip to Aruba.

My sister, her partner and I had a absolutely glorious week at Martha's Place in Sint Nicolaas. The area was even more wonderful than we had originally imagined because of the quiet nature of her neighborhood and the proximity to two local beaches. The check-in process was excellent as Martha was very flexible on when we arrived and made sure that we knew all the ins and outs of the property once we made it there. The home was very clean and neat and comfortable and could be controlled with temperature even during hot days very very well. The seating area outside undercover was fantastic for late night book reading and chatting over a glass of wine. We had access to a washing machine and were able to hang all our clothes to dry as we needed it during the week. Martha provided other things such as beach chairs and towels which was very handy. The location was a little bit under sold because the proximity to the beach was literally a five minute walk down the hill and you could take a choice of either Baby Beach which was a much busier venue or Rodgers Beach where there was literally nobody. In comparison to the rest of the island we felt that this was by far the most favorable for us because of it's quiet and comfortable residential environment yet close to the beaches. This was our first time in Aruba and there's obviously some people that enjoyed the resort areas that are further up to the northern part of the island and that's not what we are looking for.
