This place was wonderful ! Beautiful rooms & bathrooms! I stayed in 3 different ones, the pool was cold but beautiful! Hot tub & steam room worked great! If you want to use hot tub aske them to turn it on for you ahead of time. The gardens trees & views of the mountains are spectacular.

Loved the quiet location and friendly staff. The coffee and breakfast was simple, but tasty and adequate. The pool area was clean but we did not get to use it as much as we would have liked due to our schedule. Rooms were clean, bed was comfy, and shower was hot. For our 4:30 am departure the staff called a ride for us to take us to the airport. This place is only 10 minutes from the airport but it is secluded and a nice getaway from the hustle and bustle. The only complaint I have is that the internet was down for most of our stay.

The room was very nice and had a rustic theme that makes you feel like you’re in a cabin in the smokies. The guest services team were excellent and accommodating.
