There was a mistake, and our room was not made up when we arrived at the property. However, we immediately got a room upgrade for free, and multiple staff members apologised for the inconvenience. A beautiful place to stay, and well-priced too. Thank you!

Very clean and very comfortable, with very good air conditioning - very welcome on the hottest day of the year!
My only criticism is the booking process guidelines are not clear and the online system needs improvement. It was not made clear that we would not receive the email with access instructions until the security process was completed and the deposit paid. Then, when trying to pay the deposit, it was not clear that Amex was not accepted and the system just said "declined" right at the end of the process. So we had to make a couple of calls to the 24/7 helpline to clarify check-in which was annoying, although they were very helpful.
We would definitely stay again as the rooms were fabulous, but for first-time guests the process should be clearer.
