I stayed at another hotel after staying at kokotel for 3 nights in Pattaya. I appreciated kokotel much more after staying elsewhere in a different part of town. Cool AC, close to the main attractions, clean room, good wifi, TV good, larger room, etc. Great breakfast.
I'm not usually a negative nelly when im satisfied and dont remember anything really bad. They did a good job at this hotel.

The location was good.
The room and the toilet was clean
There was no table and chair in the room. Our room was bigger was bigger than most of the other rooms. Other rooms all had table a chair. Some rooms even had a kitchen counter.
There was no provision to hang clothes in the balcony
Too many mosquitoes. We had to buy mosquito spray and use it every 2 hours.
