Was very comfortable and lovely furnishings,very comfortable bed,very modern,lovely kitchen

Really finished to a high standard. All rooms are superb. Bedrooms are at opposite ends, both with en-suites. Therefore very private. Cooking facilities are excellent. Even an air fryer! Very near to the beach- literally 200 yard walk, over the road and onto the beach. Camber Sands beach is a lovely place to walk or picnic early evening.
Nothing really, but you are near to the road, and it was quite noisy sometimes early morning. We brought our own fans from home, but if these heat-waves continue, it would definitely be a benefit having some fans going forward. That said, the coastal position provides a cooling breeze quite often.
