Ein schönes und gemütliches Appartment, allerdings mit Einschränkungen beim zweiten Schlafzimmer und beim Schlakomfort!

Das Haus ist sehr niedlich und hat eine angenehme Atmosphäre. Das Apartment selbst ist ausreichend groß und die Lage ist praktisch, insbesondere durch die Nähe zum Bahnhof. Das Deutsche Eck ist zu Fuß in etwa 2 km Entfernung erreichbar.

Wir hatten die Unterkunft vor allem wegen der zwei Schlafzimmer gebucht. Leider stellte sich heraus, dass das zweite Schlafzimmer eher ein Durchgangszimmer ist und dort lediglich eine sehr kleine und ausgesprochen harte Schlafcouch steht. Für uns war der Schlafkomfort dadurch leider nicht gegeben. Gerade im Hinblick auf den Preis hätten wir hier etwas mehr erwartet. Es wäre schön, wenn in der Beschreibung deutlicher darauf hingewiesen würde, damit Gäste dies bei der Buchung berücksichtigen können.

Wohnung sollte in dem jetzigen Zustand nicht mehr vermietet werden

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet ebenso die Sauberkeit

Fehlende Ausstattung. Nur ein Kaffee Löffel. Wir haben welche da gelassen Keine Passende Tassen für die Kaffee Maschine. Es handelt sich um eine spezielle bei der man keinen gewöhnlichen Kaffee kochen kann. Kein Toaster und Wasser Kocher. Beschreibung war fehlerhaft. Es gab kein zweites SZ. Die Couch im Durchgangszimmer war viel zu klein und nicht nutzbar. Ausweich in das WZ. Die Couch war zum schlafen nicht geeignet. Es gibt keine Anleitung für den Fernseher. Die Gardinenstange im WZ war aus der Wand gerissen. Kontaktperson wurde am Anreisetag kontaktiert und sie wollte am folgenden Tag die fehlenden Ausrüstungsgegenstände vorbei bringen. Leider ist nichts passiert.Sie kennt wahrscheinlich nicht die Mängel in Bezug Gardinenstange. Ein wohnen in der FEWO ist im jetzigen Zustand nicht möglich. Die Fenster lassen sehr zu wünschen da keine Abdichtung erfolgt. man hört alle Straßen Geräusche trotz geschlossenem Zustand. Warum werden die Rezensionen der Vormieter nicht beachtet ? Es ist sinnvoll immer mal eine Kontrolle wegen dem Zustand zu machen.

Wegen der Lage, der Sauberkeit und dem Wetter war der Aufenthalt in Ordnung.

Die Lage zum Rhein und zum Bahnhof war super.

1. Die beiden Schlafzimmer waren nicht adäquat; ein Erwachsener hat keinen Platz auf der Schlafcouch. Meine Freundin hat daher auch der Couch in der Küche geschlafen. 2. Die Küche ist sehr spartanisch eingerichtet: Wasserkocher defekt, kein Toaster, nur 1 Teelöffel, viele leere Fächer. 3. Fernsehempfang war nur mit Prime-Stick möglich (Auskunft der Vermieterin), was wir vor Anreise nicht wussten und auch nicht besitzen.
