Well-restored cottage. Comfortable beds, excellently equipped kitchen, and it worked very well for us to explore the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path.
When we arrived on one of the coldest days of the year there was no firewood for the wood-burner and we were only able to get some the next day. The Aga hobs were not working - reported months ago according to the guest book - but had still not been repaired. The tiny radiator in the main bedroom was totally inadequate in really cold weather, as was the heated towel rail in the bathroom. The shower still leaks on to the floor. We just about kept warm, but the cottage should not be rented out in cold weather without significant repairs and improvements to the heating. Otherwise it was lovely.
