The two things that stand out are: (i) The apartment is extremely spacious, with all the things you would need on a holiday, and (ii) given the outside temperature for many months of the year, the air-conditioning was exceptionally quiet and very effective. Beds were comfortable, the views very good, and the parking in the vicinity both safe and available (for free)
They really need to improve their handover of keys. The whole process was a bit of a farce. The information given was that the keys would be handed over on the day. I asked where this would occur and was told that someone would be there. The problem is: (i) the property is part of a gated community with access via code or similar - we could not get anywhere near the property until someone left the 'estate' and we nipped in by car! (ii) when we did identify where the property was located, there was no-one there. The owners of the apartment below did not speak English and it was difficult to find out how to gain access to the apartment, (iii) Telephone numbers had been given but no-one answered any of them, even though we arrived exactly on time.

La maison est tres spacieuse, on peut facilement se sentir chez soi car tres équipée. Elle se trouve dans une residence fermé donc à priori sure. A noter 2 grandes chambres avec salle de bain, des toilettes supplementaire à l'entrée. Un enorme salon et une belle cuisine. Deco magnifique, silence autour, belle vu de la fenetre du salon.
La maison n'est pas vraiment propre, voir sale. Il y a des coussins en plus mais pas de taie d'oreiller supplementaire. Il vaut mieux avoir envie de marcher car pas de parking et ça monte, l'acces n'est pas vraiment facilité, non adapté à une poussette ou qqun qui a du mal à marcher. Il y a confusion sur les choses indispensables: vous avez beaucoup d'appareils menagers mais pas de savon ou torchon par exemple. Aussi il manque un guide pour l'utilisateur avec les informations principales. Il y a un balcon lateral avec la sortie de la clim et pas ouvert donc pas tres agreable. Le deuxieme se trouvant dans la chambre il n'est pas accessible à tout le monde. Le parking est un vrai challenge car on ne peut parquer pres de la maison mais il y a des voitures parquées partout malgré les interdictions. On pourrait facilment rendre accessible une place dans la cour de la maison.

The villa was very spacious and comfortable, with several balconies and a great location near one of the train stations in Menton. It is situated in a secure gated complex with a barrier, which made us feel very safe. One of the bathrooms even has a jacuzzi, which was a nice bonus.
On the downside, the apartment was not cleaned thoroughly (some of the trash bins were not emptied), and there were no basic toiletries like soap provided in the bathrooms.
