The property is a very large villa featuring on-site parking on the ground floor—with five covered spaces plus additional parking available in front of them; the owners reside on the ground floor, while the guest rooms are located on the upper floors.
The room is large and spacious, featuring a very big terrace with views of the main street, the sea, and the citadel.
The property is clean and conveniently located: a 5-minute walk from the beach (3 minutes from the pedestrian and bazaar area), a leisurely 5-minute walk from the seafront promenade, and a 5–6 minute walk to the citadel (all situated to the left as you exit the guesthouse). Additionally, the area with restaurants, pubs, and cafes is located to the right, along the same main street
The air conditioning unit in Room 4—the room where I stayed—is positioned in such a way that the airflow blows directly onto the heads of the people sleeping in the bed; the airflow is very strong—even on the lowest speed and night mode—and can cause headaches (in other rooms, it is positioned towards the foot of the bed, which is better).
BUT I knew this from the photos—that there were rooms with this specific AC placement—AND WE ACCEPTED THAT!!!

Die Lage ist gut. Hauptstrand und Nebenstrände super erreichbar. Die Vermieter sind super zuvorgekommen und sehr freundlich. Sie machen den Aufenthalt einem sehr schön.
Die Wohnung bzw. Zimmer ist leider renovierngsbedürftig. Und nur bedingt kinderfreundlich.
