Bom lugar é custo benefício.

O lugar é de boa localização,a kitnet é confortável,itens de cozinha para cozinhar,sala com sofá,apesar de estar bem usado,sentando senti a madeira,cama confortável bom colchão, banheiro com chuveiro bom,e muito tranquilo para descansar.

De ter que subir a escada para dormir,mas já sabia que tinha,oque falta é um corrimão e o degrau perto do L tem um espaço muito grande, não sendo seguro.

Decepcionante!

Localização

Banheiro vazamento e fedendo. Cama totalmente dura...tem uma janela no quarto que a luz bate na cara . impossível dormir. Geladeira com defeito.. congelou todas as coisas que comprei ..refrigerante ....tive que jogar fora. Não voltaria de jeito algum Decoração bonita... porém, nada confortável! Garagem...tem uma guia alta para entrar ..arranhei o carro. Fiquei muito decepcionada.
