Average stay, It felt like I paid for a hotel and the staff was just there. I faced a few problems and the staff was just like I am sorry can't do anything.
If you need something and need to solve something do it yourself.
I have been to other hotels cheap and expensive, in the other hotels the staff was proactive and helpful. In this hotel I just found a bunch of dummies who didn't want to even move a finger extra because it felt like they were not interested.
For example I called up three times at night to the reception because the AC was not working and the response from the staffs end was like why are you calling up so many times (in the end the room was changed, but their initial sour response made me feel not nice and there were other problems too)
