The location was excellent but I wish the host would care more about their guests.

The location was excellent

We were able to check in only after 5pm. When we walked in, the property was not cleaned and we needed to wait. After a long flight, it was frustrating. We came to Paris when the temperatures were very high, the property does not have any A/C. I asked the owner if he can provide a fan for us but he never responded to us. We bought the fan ourselves.

Great location. Clean and tidy and very responsive, helpful hosts.

The location was perfect. The apartment was very clean and great security.

Would have been great if keys could have been left out so we didn’t have to pay extra for a late check in. Also the power points were a bit loose.

Overall it was a wonderful stay and highly recommend.

Five minute walk to the Eiffel tower and close to multiple metro lines which was great. The property is also close to many cafes and restaurants. The room was very clean and well presented. The staff was lovely as well as the owner and is very helpful with early check ins.

Only a couple plugs weren’t working properly.

Besides some of the flaws it is good. I recommend

The area which it is in is ideal walking distance from the Eiffel tower and is very safe and the communication is fantastic.

However, a few things could use an upgrade such as the mattress, balcony door and the blinds.

Excelente ubicación en un barrio muy tranquilo y bonito, con muchos restaurantes cerca muy buenos, Crepe Studio a pasos y Caffe Du Mexique muy ricos. Muy cercano a la torre Eiffel. Muy amable el anfitrión y el personal de la recepción del edificio.

The location was excellent

We were able to check in only after 5pm. When we walked in, the property was not cleaned and we needed to wait. After a long flight, it was frustrating. We came to Paris when the temperatures were very high, the property does not have any A/C. I asked the owner if he can provide a fan for us but he never responded to us. We bought the fan ourselves.
