Location and staff
Something simple just needed. Better shades over the windows to keep lights out. It’s very bright even the middle of the night.

The room was spacious and the TV was Roku,which is a plus,because you have more of a variety to watch.

Room was clean.
The remote control for the TV was missing. Then had to figure out the connection to make the TV work and wasn't told about it . The a/c was loud. There was high heat blowing out of the vent in the bathroom.
