De locatie is vlakbij metrostation AlexDumas.
De rust ‘s nachts ondanks dat er aardig wat mensen in het complex wonen.
Keukentje met voldoende borden, glazen, bestek enz.
Slaapkamers, douche en wc zijn goed.
We hadden een issue tijdens ons verblijf maar dat werd dezelfde dag nog tot volle tevredenheid opgelost. Communicatie ging vlot en snel. Een 2e issue kon worden opgelost maar omdat wij bij een concert zaten werd communiceren vanaf onze kant lastiger. De volgende ochtend gingen we weg dus hebben we geen actie meer ondernomen maar ik weet zeker dat het ook zou worden opgelost.
Let erop dat je behoorlijk wat toeristenbelasting betaald om in Parijs te verblijven. Wij betaalden €15,60 per persoon per nacht. Dat komt niet ! van de kant van de accommodatie eigenaar.
Er is vlakbij een goede bakker en een groenteboer. Restaurants zijn er ook op loopafstand. Wij kwamen er logeren voor een concert in de Accor Arena die makkelijk te bereiken was met de metro. Pere Lachaise is op loopafstand.
Voor de rest kom je heel Parijs snel in via de metro.
De gordijnen in de huiskamer zouden iets beter mogen sluiten in verband met privacy ‘s avonds als je het licht in huis aan hebt.

El apartamento estaba impecable, y fue muy sencillo y agradable hablar con la agencia que lo gestiona. La ubicación era cómoda para llegar a las atracciones turísticas. Recomiendo!
Había poca ventilación de las ventanas.

We had a brilliant time. The area, the apartment, the courtyard and the local Boulangerie-pâtisserie. Great facilities and comfortable beds. So close to Avron and Nation. We didn't use any taxis in our 4 days. Perhaps a better banister or hand rail on the stairs would be beneficial but it is a minute detail. We really could not have asked for more.
