A very good stay in an excellent location. Palermo Soho is a fantastic neighbourhood and the apartment offers great value for money. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops and nightlife within easy walking distance.
Check-in and check-out were straightforward, and I particularly appreciated being able to leave our luggage at the property after check-out while we waited for our late-night flight. That was extremely helpful and made the departure day much easier.
If your priority is a quiet night’s sleep, this may be exactly what you’re looking for. Just don’t expect to have much flexibility for late night conversations, and don’t expect to sleep in too late either, as normal building noise and constructions next door can be heard quite clearly early in the morning.
Overall, we had a positive experience and I would recommend it, particularly for the location and value. Just make sure you’re comfortable with the strict noise policy and the thin walls.
There were no real issues with the apartment itself, although future guests should be aware of the building’s strict quiet hours policy, which runs from 10pm to 8am. The walls are also very thin, so sound travels easily.
We experienced this one evening we were simply having a conversation, tv on, and nothing particularly loud, but our neighbours knocked on the wall because they could hear us. While I understand and respect the building’s quiet hours policy, I personally found this a little frustrating given the circumstances.

Era un día muy frío y no esta bien calefaccionado, el AC es insuficiente.
No fueran buenas las indicaciones para ingresar al dpto, no la comunicación con la persona encargada de hacerlo. Entramos gracias a un vecino que nos dió las indicaciones ....
