The apartment was so well kept and the host was so accommodating and my baby was comfortable during our stay.
The host was very responsive and helped me with my requests whenever I had one. The beds were big and everything you need was available in the rooms. My family and I were very happy with our choice for the week. It’s so close to everything, the location was fantastic.

It was very clean, easy to access, close to Yamamote line, and we really liked having 2 separate rooms. The cookies and tea were a lovely touch. It was nice to be able to store our luggage before check in. The owner was very responsive and after check out when we realized we had left an item they were so helpful. We had a lovely time!
It is small and with 4 people it does feel a bit cramped but with the 2 rooms we had some separate space to go to. Not a complaint at all :)

Location was great and having 2 bedrooms was fantastic with comfortable beds and pillows. The shower was also good & powerful with a place to sit which made the limited space much easier to manage. Being able to login to my Netflix was good.
Being on top floor with a disability was very hard as there was no lift and I was not aware of this. We had luggage and my Walker/wheelchair it was very difficult to say the least. The main area was very cramped (I walked into the side of the fridge bypassing the dining table to get to the door and I'm a petite size 10) and nowhere comfortable to sit which really let the place down. The only comfortable chair in the place was in one of the bedrooms. More thought into the arrangement of & type of furniture used in the small space could have accommodated a much smaller table and 4 comfortable chairs which would greatly benefit clients after a long day out wanting to rest comfortably. For that reason I would not be able to stay at this particular apartment again unless the ground floor unit has comfortable furnishings.
