Seashell Apartments, Meh.

Seashell Apartments has an exceptional location that's hard to beat. The unit sits directly across from the beach with stunning ocean views, and you'll find excellent restaurants within easy walking distance. The large balcony is a genuine highlight, perfect for enjoying morning coffee while watching the sea. The apartment is spotless and comes well-stocked with everything you need for basic coffee, water, and light breakfast preparation. For budget-conscious travelers seeking simple accommodations at a fair price, the essentials are all there.

There are a few areas that could use improvement. The beds are on the thinner and more outdated side, closer to a cot than a traditional mattress, and could benefit from an upgrade. The AC unit is a bit undersized for the space and works hard to keep things cool. The combined toilet/shower "wet room" is functional but takes some getting used to. Worth knowing before you book: there's a fairly extensive list of house rules, including guidance on hot water usage. The checkout process could also be smoother, we received a knock on the door just five minutes before our departure time while we were already in the process of leaving. The location and views make this property genuinely appealing, though a few dated features and some house-rule quirks are worth factoring in. Personally, I wouldn't stay here again, but it could still work well for travelers prioritizing location and prepared for a more rules-oriented stay.

The apartment is in a wonderful location, at the beach. Below the apartment, there is a good taverna. The view was beautiful. The beds were comfortable, the space enough for 3 people. There's a safe parking lot behind the building.
