We stayed here for just one night and arrived quite late in the evening. The host was easy to reach throughout the day, and check-in via the key box was very straightforward.
The apartment is on the ground floor with its own private entrance. It isn't particularly large, but it is nicely furnished, very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We also really appreciated the many thoughtful extras provided by the host, which certainly aren't something you can take for granted.
Parking was easy on the street directly in the quiet residential area.
For us, the location was particularly convenient: Dover ferry terminal is only about 15 minutes away by car, making this a perfect place for an overnight stay before catching a ferry. Folkestone beach is also only around a 10-minute walk away and is a well-known spot for finding fossils, which might be an added bonus for anyone interested in fossil hunting.
Overall, a very convenient, clean and pleasant place to stay, and we would happily recommend it for an overnight stop.
The only minor downside was a noticeable smell of dog in the apartment. Pets are allowed, as clearly stated in the listing, so this wasn't entirely unexpected. We don't know whether this is always noticeable or whether guests with a dog had simply stayed shortly before us, but it may be worth mentioning for anyone particularly sensitive to this.

Very comfortable with every amenity you could imagine. Very well thought out. A shame I was only there to get a little sleep before getting the Shuttle, but was pleased I booked this stay.

Friendly owners and very clean and spacious
Had too move on the second night due to the saniflo in the bathroom stopping working, they put us up in another location, which meant having to pack all our belongings up and drive to the location and get comfortable all over again. Which was very annoying given the fact we had gone away to relax.
