The views are incredible. The house is spacious and the balconies are a real asset. Easy access to Budva. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a useful welcome note and great WiFi.
There are a couple of small maintenance issues, plaster blown in a couple of places. I would have like mattress protectors on the mattresses and bigger sheets for the mattress as it wasn't possible to tuck them under and they moved during the night. I think the dining room table would benefit from a wipe clean table cloth on it as it was a little damaged.
These are small issues that could be easily rectified and shouldn't detract from booking the property.

Everything was wonderful! It’s a perfect place for a family holiday — the villa is beautiful, the host was very polite and helpful, and the pool was cleaned every day. There were no issues at all. The only minor inconvenience was that the city of Budva occasionally cuts off the power, but that’s not the villa’s fault. Overall, it was an excellent stay and great value for money.
